She creates meaningful and connected experiences in the physical world spanning hardware and software; working to define and design interactions 5–10 years before they are on most radars: speech recognition, conversational UIs, autonomous vehicles, mixed reality, and human-robot interactions.

Karen is a seasoned Conversation and Product Designer, designing voice and interactive audio experiences since 1996.
