Karen is a Conversational AI Design Lead with more than three decades of experience shaping how humans interact with technology.
After 7 years at Google DeepMind, she is now at European health tech company Doctolib.
At Google DeepMind, Karen was the Conversation Design Lead for Gemini Live, enabling natural, free-flowing multimodal interactions with Gemini.
Karen's extensive career spans building the future across hardware interfaces, voice biometrics, enterprise chatbots, smart clothing, mixed reality, and autonomous vehicles for companies like Microsoft, Zoox, Jawbone, and Nuance, as well as consulting for Magic Leap and LEGO.
After 20 years in Silicon Valley, she relocated to Bordeaux in 2023.
