Kris Hedstrom just wants things to be simple. As Head of UX/UI Design at On, he leads the teams shaping the company's digital experiences across web, app and commerce.

Over the course of his career, he has worked across startups, big tech and global consumer brands, helping teams turn complexity into clarity through design. Most of his time is spent helping teams make better product decisions and turning ambitious ideas into experiences people actually enjoy using.

Outside of work, he's usually training for his next race or wondering why he signed up for it in the first place.
