More about Maria

In B2B and enterprise contexts, the hardest part of the job is often not the design itself: instead, it's the moment a stakeholder pushes hard for something that doesn't work, or when your work gets pulled apart in the room in front of everyone.

This centers on a single character that many enterprise designers have met more than once: the stakeholder who pushes hard for the wrong solution, then resurfaces as your toughest critic in the room.

The session is built around a structured scenario that invites participants to put their experience to the test, and walk away with concrete strategies to add to their toolkit. Through a facilitated group exercise, participants work through what they would do before, during, and after the critical moments, then build on each other's approaches with field-tested strategies.

You will leave with a practical resource to use on the job after the conference.

What to expect
