Aleks is a Lithuanian-born design leader, researcher, accredited executive coach, and founder of DRĄSA Studio. DRĄSA is the Lithuanian word for courage. It is both the name and the method.

So far, Aleks spent 18 years working at the intersection of human behaviour and technology, leading teams at Inviqa, Publicis Poke, Radley Yeldar and Foolproof, delivering work for VISA, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Pearson, HMRC and many others, across industries and continents.

Aleks has always been drawn to the places organisations stop seeing clearly: the excluded users, the hidden needs, and the teams running on habit. She builds tools and methods to make those things visible, and helps people act on what they find, drawing on her art and service systems design education.
