Courage Is the Last Human Craft

A new skill is emerging in high-performing product organisations. Aleks came to understand this through a year that tested everything she thought she knew. She flew to Harvard and sat in a room with CEOs running organisations many times the size of her own, experienced enough stress to be officially diagnosed with it, and trained as an executive coach to help people execute behaviour change. None of it planned, none of it in that order. What it taught Aleks is that you cannot work with something until you can see it.
