Designing Between Two Intelligences

The problem hasn't changed: how do you distribute user insights so they get heard and create impact? What has changed is the speed at which everyone around you can build. At Celonis, a B2B SaaS company in process intelligence, product and engineering teams now work with agents that accelerate prototyping and delivery.
The bottleneck is no longer "can we build it?" - it's "are we building the right thing with the right user context?" In enterprise software, missing that context doesn't just produce a mediocre feature; it erodes trust in data outputs and the decisions built on top of them.
Our thesis is simple: research ops must become agent-readable: Insights structured so humans and agents can consume them reliably, with clear rules for where automation helps and where humans must stay in the loop.
In this talk, we share a practical decision framework with examples of agent-consumable systems to streamline UX Research operations.
