All PUSH UX conference tickets give you access to both main event days, 1 free breakout session each day, the Get-together, catering (lunch + drinks), and the talk recordings.
They also include a good time with nice and smart people.

What is included in my conference ticket?

All PUSH UX conference tickets include:
Access to both main conference days
Free seat in 1 breakout session per day (booking opens ca. 2 weeks before the conference)
Catering (lunch + drinks) at the venue
Access to the Get-together on Thursday evening
3 months of complimentary access to talk recordings
Note that trainings on the separate workshop day require either a workshop-only ticket or a conference & workshop combo ticket.
How do combo tickets work?

Combos are ticket bundles across multiple events. They are not always available.
Typically we might offer a combo including a ticket for PUSH UX conference, plus a ticket for a workshop from our year-round PUSH SKILLS training program.
Combos make it easy to order multiple things in one single check-out action.
Often, a combo will give you a discount over ordering things individually. This might not always apply, for example when individual Super Early Birds are available for one of the included tickets.
Important note on dates and locations:
Individual events in a combo will each have their own date and location. Make sure to double check the full description for each individual event in a combo before placing your order.
Tickets and invoices:
You will automatically receive individual tickets for each item in a combo, as well as all updates for each individual event.
A combo will appear on one single invoice, and the invoice will list each included ticket and event.
Can I update my booking later, such as invoice details or the attendees?

I don’t yet know who in my team will attend. Can I secure tickets already?

Yes, you can purchase tickets now (securing the current pricing tier) and then assign them later to an attendee.
After purchasing, you will receive a link where you can assign your tickets to specific attendees.
You can do this up until 3 weeks before the event date. Tickets must be assigned to a named person by this deadline. This is because name badges and check-in lists will be printed in advance. Breakout session booking is only available for named holders of assigned tickets.
Can I pay via invoice and bank transfer?

Yes. You can select to pay via bank transfer during checkout.
You will also receive a proper tax invoice including VAT regardless of your payment method.
Will I receive a tax invoice?

Yes, you will receive an official invoice including VAT details. A link to the invoice is included in your order confirmation email.
If you’re buying the ticket for or through work, check with your employer first to see which details you need to enter to be included on the invoice to comply with your company’s accounting.

Are there discounts for groups?

Yes! Most ticket categories for PUSH UX offer a discount for orders starting at 2 tickets.
The discount is applied automatically based on the amount of tickets that you select.
Currently it is not possible to combine group discounts and combo orders. Reach out to team@push-conference.com if you are looking to place a group order that includes combo tickets for more than 3 people and we will assist you.
Are there discounts for students or people in education?

Yes! Enter the code student2026 in the "discount code" field in the ticket shop to reveal the affordable student tickets for PUSH UX.
You need to be a full-time student or apprentice at the date of the conference. Please bring proof of your university enrolment or apprenticeship to the event.
Are there single day tickets?

We don't offer single day tickets. This allows us to give all attendees the full experience, and makes planning more efficient.
I need a visa in order to travel to Germany. Can you support me?

We are happy to provide you with a letter of invitation to support your visa application process.
To request the letter, please reach out to team@push-conference.com up until 3 weeks before the event.
Please note that we can only provide letters of invitations for participants who have already purchased and paid for their ticket. If your visa gets denied for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
What is the cancellation policy?

Ticket orders are non-refundable once placed. See our terms and conditions for the full details.
If you can no longer attend yourself, you can pass your ticket on to somebody else up until 3 weeks before the event.
What is the conference language?

All of the communication around and at the event are done in English. This includes all talks, sessions, and workshops.

Is the conference venue accessible for visitors with limited mobility?

The conference venue offers step-free access to all key areas. The two floors are connected by an elevator. A wheelchair-accessible bathroom is available on the ground floor.
Our team can prepare wheelchair spaces in the main auditorium, and in most breakout rooms.
