Designing Between Two Intelligences

For years, we built our careers by diving deep into UX specialisations. But as we mastered our individual domains, we often lost sight of the end-to-end experience — leaving it as everyone's assumption and nobody's responsibility.
Now, AI is removing the bottleneck of execution. The tasks that defined our specialist identities – prototyping, synthesis, copywriting – are becoming commodities. This is not a threat; it's an invitation. For the first time, the question shifts from How do I execute better? to something far more interesting: What do we do with the space that opens up?
This breakout session starts with a provocation: your specialisation was never your superpower — it was just “the container”.
Your actual superpower is something underneath: the judgment, the cross-disciplinary intuition, the ability to see what others miss, the holistic view. AI doesn't replace that. It finally gives you room to use it fully. But what is it, specifically, for you? That's what we'll explore in an interactive session together.
Mid-level to senior UX professionals, researchers, designers, and design leaders who want to proactively reshape their roles, future-proof their careers, and make most of their unique human talents.
