Manage your PUSH booking

This article is for ticket holders for one of our conferences or trainings.

You can manage your existing order and the connected tickets directly on Tito's platform, which is our ticketing provider.
There you can perform several actions yourself, without the help of the PUSH support team.

Your self-service options

  • View and edit your order details e.g. the invoice address.
  • View and download your invoice.
  • Edit attendees for tickets e.g. add names or transfer tickets.
  • View and download your ticket(s) again.
  • Pick your breakout sessions (PUSH UX conference only – available ca. 1 week before the event).

How to access your booking

Your order confirmation email includes a link to manage your order and the tickets.

If you can't find your order email, you can look up your booking by following these steps:

  • Use the button below to start the Tito lookup tool.
  • Enter the email address that you used for the booking or a ticket.
  • You will receive an email with a link to your ticket/booking.
  • Open the link to view and manage your details on the Tito platform.
