Version May 12, 2022
These terms manage the relationship between you and
envis precisely Events GmbH
(referred to as "we" or "us" in the following)
You are always welcome to get in touch with us about questions at any time.
By purchasing or otherwise obtaining a ticket for an event, and/or by participating in an event you agree to these terms.
Ticketing and registration are handled by an external ticketing partner.
All amounts are subject to the German USt (VAT) of currently 19%, which is displayed separately in the invoice you receive via email.
Tickets are non-refundable once ordered.
We may offer payment by invoice as an option. If the due payment does not reach our bank account 14 days before the event date, the ticket(s) we reserve the right to invalidate the tickets. In that case, the attendee will not be able to join the event. You will still have a legally binding obligation to pay the full amount of the order placed.
Tickets cover access to the respective event only, as well as catering if catering is explicitly included on the purchased ticket. You will need to take care of any additional costs such as travel, hotel, travel visa or similar yourself.
You have a ticket but can't attend anymore? Get in touch with us. While it is not possible to cancel tickets (see above), you can transfer your ticket to another person of your choice.
Please note that only the person named on the ticket will be granted access to the conference, so you have to contact us if you want to pass your ticket to someone else.
To change the attendee name on a ticket, get in touch with us at the latest 7 days before the event. Include your name, email and ticket as well as the name and email of the person you'd like us to transfer the ticket to.
We assume no liability whatsoever in the circumstances that an event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of an event impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event includes, but is not limited to: war, fire, labour strike, transportation strike, extreme weather, health crises or other emergencies.
We also reserve the right to cancel an event due to low demand.
In case of a full cancellation of an event, the full ticket price will be refunded to you. In case of the cancellation of single event days, you will receive a pro-rated refund.
We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event. This might include but is not limited to: accommodation or transportation cancellation and alteration fees.
Some of our events might be carried out as online events, meaning that guests participate by dialing into a virtual venue. For these events, we will provide you with the necessary login details for the virtual venue before the event.
Online events should be accessible with most PC or Mac computers as well as most mobile devices. You are responsible for making sure that your hardware, software and internet connection is sufficient for attending the event. Inability to join because of technical reasons with your hardware, software and internet connection is not a reason for a refund.
Tickets to online events are bound to the ticket holder as a person. Sharing access to the event, broadcasting it either in a private or public setting or any other kind of accessing the event with more than one person per ticket is prohibited.
Exception: It is of course OK to participate in the event together if everyone involved has their own individual ticket.
We reserve the right to change the program and schedule. This can mean changing speakers (if they become unavailable due to sickness or any other reason). If a speaker or workshop trainer becomes unavailable, we will find a fitting replacement or cancel the event if that is not possible, see section 3.
We reserve the right to change the location of the event. This includes turning the event into an online event as described in section 4.
Changes to the event location are no cause for a refund of the ticket price or for claims for changes in accommodation or transportation.
In case of converting an in-person event to an online event we will issue a partial refund of 12% of the ticket price to account for the removal of catering.
Let us know in advance (before purchasing a ticket) if you would like to attend our event and have any special needs concerning access or other aspects. We will try to accommodate for such requirements on an individual basis, as it is our goal to make our events as welcoming and inclusive as possible.
In the context of our events, we are not liable for damages caused by minor negligence, unless it is a violation of an essential contractual obligation or damage to life, body or health is caused by minor negligence. In case of a violation of an essential contractual obligation caused by minor negligence, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
This limitation of liability also applies to the liability of parties we commissioned to act on our behalf.
We reserve the right to be recording video and screen recordings including audio and taking photos during the event. This includes capturing photos, videos, screen recordings and audio recordings of any person present at the event, either virtually or in person. This is probably also in your interest, as we plan to release a selection of the documentation after the event!
With your registration, you grant us the non-exclusive right to use this material, free of charge and in perpetuity and in any medium for commercial as well as non-commercial purposes.
Some ticket types may include access to recordings after the event. We may also provide the opportunity to purchase access to recordings separately.
If you purchase access to recordings, only you yourself are allowed to view the recordings. Login-sharing, public display, distribution or broadcasting of recordings, and any other kind of using recordings for any means other than your personal education are not allowed.
German law applies. The local court for any disputes is Munich.
Any amendments to these terms must be in writing in order to be valid. This applies also to the abrogation and the amendment of this written form requirement.
If any provision of these terms is, for any reason, invalid and/or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ability, ethnicity, socioeconomic status and religion (or lack thereof).
This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for all those who participate in our community, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.
We invite all those who participate in our events to help us create safe and positive experiences for everyone.
First of all, before asking the community to contribute something for yourself, think about what you can give first.
It is OK to tell the community about products, projects, jobs or other matters dear to your heart. If there is a dedicated place for what you want to share (like the #jobs channel on Slack for sharing jobs), share it there.
Unacceptable behaviors include: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning speech or actions by any participant in our community, at all related events and in one-on-one communications carried out in the context of community business. Community event venues may be shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations.
Harassment includes: harmful or prejudicial verbal or written comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Unacceptable behavior from any community member, including sponsors and those with decision-making authority, will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.
If a community member engages in unacceptable behavior, the community organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including a temporary ban or permanent expulsion from the community without warning (and without refund in the case of a paid event).
If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a community organizer as soon as possible. You may approach any community organizer in person or contact us through the email address mentioned at the top of the page.
We expect all community participants (contributors, paid or otherwise; sponsors; and other guests) to abide by this Code of Conduct in all community venues—online and in-person—as well as in all one-on-one communications pertaining to community business.
With your registration you grant us the right to use this material for documentation and future marketing purposes. If you get tickets for a colleague, please double check for their approval, as access to the conference is bound to acceptance of these terms and conditions!
