As former Managing Director of Futurice, he headed Germany's Strategy & Culture Team, supported Biz Dev activities in e.g. Healthcare and was accountable for account and relationship building with nationally and internationally operating companies (e.g. Bosch Healthcare Solutions, Smith+Nephew, SPIE).

Throughout his career, Sven has specialised in developing and commercialising innovative digital products and services while designing comprehensive innovation management frameworks. His leadership has delivered measurable results in restructuring, operational excellence, and sales growth across challenging market environments.
