About the Session
In this interactive session, Sarah will walk through the Ethical Explorer, a simple toolkit designed to enable product designers, engineers and their collaborators to have nuanced conversations about critical topics such as surveillance, data control, outsize power and more.
During this session, you will:
- Be introduced to the Ethical Explorer toolkit (free to download at ethicalexplorer.org) and how it could deepen your day-to-day work
- Get a walkthrough of the Ethical Explorer and see how to use it yourself
- Get the opportunity to apply concepts from the Ethical Explorer to your own internal or client products
- Get a chance to connect with other ethical explorers and ask questions about how they handle nuanced topics at work
