Master your Design Leadership Interview

Join Mathieu Ritter (Design Recruiter at Undiscovered) and Aswin Ranganathan (Design Manager at Delivery Hero) for a hands-on interview training to help you nail your next interviews for Design leadership roles.

Part 1: The theory
Mathieu will start by outlining what to be aware of when interviewing for a leadership position. He'll share tips, best practices, as well as things to best avoid.

Part 2: The interview
Now it's time to apply the theory in a short live mock interview – volunteers wanted!

Here is how a product design manager job description can look like at Delivery Hero (be aware this is not a currently open position there)

Part 3: The reflection
The session concludes with a debrief together with the audience before finally opening to a wider Q&A round.

About Aswin

Aswin leads AI initiatives for the Design team at Delivery Hero in Berlin, one of Europe's largest food delivery platforms.

Known for his hands-on approach to AI integration, he doesn't just theorise about possibilities, but builds and implements solutions that work in real-world, fast-paced design environments.

His philosophy is simple: AI should handle the repetitive stuff so designers can focus on what they do best – creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Aswin studied Digital Experience Design at the National Institute of Design in India, where he was born.

He believes designers should be makers, and that removing tool limitations unlocks endless possibilities.
