In this breakout session, we will explore the critical role of UX benchmarking in creating digital products that resonate with users, meet their expectations and drive business impact. We’ll unpack what it means to benchmark UX, from setting measurable goals and establishing baselines to incorporating iterative testing for continuous improvement.
 
What to expect
We will start with a general introduction to UX benchmarking and various UX metrics. Afterwards, we will work in groups and ideate around setting measurable goals and aligning UX metrics with business objectives (either with real world examples of participants or made-up examples).
