How To Make UX Work When Everyone Has an Opinion

Have you ever been the only designer in your organisation? Constantly explaining your role and how design contributes to business success?

Working in complex environments (e.g., B2B…) adds its own twist: longer sales cycles, complex user journeys, and a whole lot of stakeholders with different priorities.

This breakout session invites you to explore and reflect on the real-life challenges UX designers face when navigating these dynamics, from pushing for user-centred decisions to translating design value into business impact.

We’ll share stories, swap experiences, and see what we can learn from each other: only real talk.

What to expect:
The session will begin with a brief introduction, followed by an interactive discussion (round table).

Participants will have the opportunity to reflect, share stories, and explore how to navigate the challenges of working with different stakeholders, all while learning from each other’s experiences.

Experience level
Suitable for all levels.
