About the Session

How can designers deliver insights from user journey maps that are easy to understand and act upon for cross functional product teams?

In this interactive session, Giulio, Adam and Seelin will share a framework they developed at Zalando for sharing a deep understanding of customer needs and what it will take to fulfill those needs with a diverse range of stakeholders who don't always speak "design".

About the Speaker

Giulio Lucci

Principal Designer at Zalando

Giulio Lucci is a principal designer with a broad experience spanning brand agencies, global consultancies, the Italian government and now Zalando: Europe's leading online fashion platform. He has a background in brand strategy, service and product design. He thrives working on strategic topics with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity. He loves the fact that his passion could have made the lives of millions a bit simpler.

About the Speaker

Adam Cochrane

Service Designer at Zalando

Adam is a senior product designer at Zalando SE. Australian born, Berlin based. Adam has worked with everyone from Indigenous Australians to corporate Austrians.
