About this session

UX Research is important. No doubt about it. But sometimes testing intangible products can be difficult. That shouldn't stop us though because user feedback is crucial here, as VR is about usability as it is about emotions. Together with the DEUTSCHE TELEKOM we did user research on their new VR App Feature and tested it within single and group sessions. The results helped to better the app and the feature development. In his talk, Till presents what to consider when testing VR products in a usability testing setting.
