What’s Included with Conference Tickets?

Your conference ticket gives you access to the two action-packed conference days, the exhibition, breakout sessions and the party on Thursday night.

Food during lunch and the afternoon coffee break, as well as drinks throughout the whole day, are included too! All the food we serve is vegetarian and we will make sure to have gluten-free and vegan options available. You can let us know about your food preferences or requirements in the booking form.

Plus, you’ll get 3 months of premium access to pushconf.tv, where you can re-watch the talks from the conference as well as from previous PUSH events.

What’s Included with Workshop Tickets?

Our workshops happen on the day before the conference (October 17, 2023) and require a separate ticket.

All workshop tickets include snacks and refreshments, and full-day workshops include catering. Let us know about any dietary preferences when you purchase your ticket.

When ordering via the Eventbrite form on this page, you can choose to pay immediately via credit card, immediately via bank transfer using Sofortüberweisung, or to pay via manual bank transfer after your order was placed.

Yes, you will receive an official invoice including VAT. This is sent to you automatically in the same email as your order confirmation and your ticket. If you’re buying the ticket for or through work, check with your employer first to see which details you need to enter to be included on the invoice to comply with your company’s accounting.

If you are e.g. a member of the purchasing or admin team, please make sure to enter the attendee's personal email when registering their tickets. The tickets and the invoice will automatically be sent in copy to your order email address as well

Only if you enter the attendee's email addresses we can directly send them their tickets and keep them up to date on important changes, new speakers, location info for workshops, and send out slides and material to them after the event.

To order for a colleague or employee, simply select the number of tickets and start the order process. You can then place the order as a company, using your full invoicing details for the processing of the order and assign individual attendees to the tickets.

Yes. There are two ways to pay by invoice and bank transfer:

  1. Our online ticket shop offers invoice as a payment method. If you choose this method, you will receive an invoice with our bank details once you complete the order process. Make sure to put the name and address of your company in as the ticket buyer. This method works for most companies.

  2. If for whatever reason the method above does not work in your company, get in touch with us to let us know the details about the order process required by your procurement department and we're happy to help. Please note that we can only engage in custom procurement processes for orders of 10 or more tickets.

If you've made a mistake when filling in the order form, need to correct your invoice details or want to change the attendee name on the ticket, you can do so yourself by following these instructions.

Please note that changes to attendee names can only be made until 7 days before the event, after which the name badges go into print.

Yes! If you can no longer join yourself, you can change the attendee name on a ticket yourself by following these instructions.

Ticket orders are non-refundable once placed.

All of the communication around and at the event are done in English. This includes all talks, sessions and workshops.

The conference venue offers step free access to all key areas. The two floors are connected by an elevator. A wheelchair-accessible toilet is available on the ground floor (see pictures and facility details here).

Our team can prepare wheelchair spaces in the main lecture hall and breakout rooms. Please let us know about your accessibility needs in the booking form so that we can have everything ready for you.
