About the Session
“Move fast and break things” is often considered a startup mantra, since shipping new features is how most product teams evaluate themselves.
But moving fast comes at a cost of incurring debt through increased complexity and inconsistencies. At some point you are faced with the need to take a step back and rationalize everything that was shipped. How do you do it though? How do you start, push for it to get on a roadmap and choose the right approach for tackling that debt?
Based on the lessons learned while building Intercom, Alex will talk through a step-by-step framework for successfully rationalizing the product.
