For us at envis precisely Events GmbH (the company organizing push conference), transparency and privacy are extremely important. This document outlines how we collect, store and process personal data, if you attend one of our events or use our website.

Registering for an event

When you register for an event such as push conference or one of our workshops, we ask you to provide us with personal information such as your name, email address and profession, as well as payment information.

We use this information for the following purposes:

  • To issue your ticket to the conference and identify you as a ticket holder on entry
  • To print personalized name tags at the event
  • To issue an invoice
  • To provide you with updates about the event you signed up for, as well as future events by us via our newsletter
  • To create aggregate and anonymous statistics (e.g. the percentage of guests who identify as Interaction Designers), which we’ll use to improve our offering and market to sponsors. We will never include personally identifiable details in these statistics.

All information you submit will be processed and stored by our ticketing partner Eventbrite and our Newsletter platform Mailchimp, as described in their privacy policies.

Participating in a feedback raffle

At some of our events, we might offer you to fill out a feedback form to help us improve our events in the future. Guests who provide feedback may be eligible to win prizes. In order to identify you and hand over your prize, we ask you to include your name on the feedback card.

If your card is drawn as one of the winners, the name you filled in will be announced from the stage.

You can also choose to submit feedback without including a name, if you wish not to participate in the raffle.

The feedback on all feedback cards will be converted into a digital format. In the process of this conversion, we strip out all personally identifiable data, including your name. We destroy the physical cards as soon their content has been digitized.
